Elmer is the reason why I, and many others, found polygraph, and I will be forever grateful for his wisdom, guidance, and friendship. I miss him, and there have been so many days where I wish I could call him and get his opinion or talk with him. There would be no MAPPC without him and we are less without him. I hope to uphold his polygraph values and to continue to do this important work in a manner that would make him proud.
